Being Taken For a Ride By a Supplier

So today we had a call from one of our clients who is owed £168k from a supplier who is refusing to pay.  Since the supplier is not paying up we have had to debt collectors to chase the for the debt.  Luckily the client had taken our previous advice and not entered into any personal guarantees and as such if the debt collectors cannot get the money back the client will have to appoint administrators to close the company.  Its a shame when clients do not get paid but its becoming more and more prevalent and causes so much stress and heart ache to those left out of pocket.

Our client will probably lose his company but will be able to fight another day.
